Hard work and meticulous care is taken into providing the best possible flavor profile from each and every coffee we serve. We source specialty coffee in season as the fruit of the cherry is an agricultural culinary product. Once sourced and in house...let the "cupping" begin. The slurp and spit technique is used to ensure quality and consistency. At the end of the day it only matters what you think. Enjoy!
