Inspired by the “Star on the Mountain”, Star City is our all-day coffee medium-roasted to reduce acidity and accentuate the smooth, buttery flavors that make this blend of exceptional South American coffees an El Paso favorite. Though delicious using any brew method, Star City shines especially when brewed using French Press or as a flash-brewed pour over.

Brazil Yellow Bourbon Bags are sourced from Fazenda Guarda, located in the Cerrado Mineiro region, a protected origin within the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. José Maria Domingos, who owns and manages Guarda, comes from a family with more than 100 years of experience cultivating coffee in the region. Guarda has a total area of 400 acres with 300 acres cultivated with coffee. During the harvest the estate employs more than 20 people.
This blend has been with us from the beginning. We chose this name in honor of you. This blend of Indonesian and Mexican coffees is well rounded. It has a slight favorable acidity but finishes off very smoothly. A definite comfort coffee.

This delicious organic Guatemalan coffee is a favorite here at 2Ten. Cultivated near Lake Atitlan in Guatemala's highlands, this coffee has been medium roasted to accentuate notes of cherry, chocolate and caramel.
